The times of skilled, but slow lacrosse players are long over. Now, you have to be the complete package. And if you aren’t, that’s fine…..you just won’t be able to play in college. Sweat’s lacrosse program has advanced hundreds of high school athletes to Division-1 opportunities. Every year, we send our high school seniors–boys and girls–off to the top collegiate programs in the country. Since 2009, we have earned our place as Baltimore’s best gym when it comes to teaching and polishing elite movement patterns with athletes. We have produced professional athletes in football, basketball, lacrosse and baseball. Girls Lacrosse Program
High School girls lacrosse has been plagued with ACL tears. As the sport has grown, so has the volume of devastating injuries. It is heartbreaking to see: An athlete ending a season or cutting a career short due injury. While some situations are unavoidable, there are many injuries that are the direct result of poor injury prevention procedures. In our girls program, we filter each athlete through a variety of tests and exercises that will help us to gauge and monitor their overall durability. Injury prevention, well planned out strength progressions and the coaching of proper movement patterns are all components that we focus on within our program. Our primary focus will always be to protect our athletes. Our secondary focus is to fuel their performance.

We have produced All-County, All-State and All-American recipients at the high school level. We have produced All-Conference and All-American recipients at the college level. Several of our girls have competed professionally (WPLL) and internationally as they have represented our country on the US National Team.
