No longer will you have to tell far-fetched stories of your glory days. This 3 day-a-week program emphasizes strength development and improving your body’s maximal output capabilities. You will be asked to push yourself on weights, progressions and intensity levels.
We will coach you on technique tirelessly until you can successfully maximize the benefit and minimize the risk on every exercise. This workout is designed for the driven. You don’t have to be a freak athlete or fitness junkie.
You just need a motor, an appreciation for details and a deep affinity for improvement. We will not condone the use of light weights for fear of getting bulky, or doing high reps so that you can tone for your Miami trip: 1) because both of those things are myths and 2) because none of our trainers come to your job and tell you how to do what you do :). When you step into Strength, get your mind right. You will be asked to do things to do things you haven’t done. You will be expected to push yourself until failure…only to bounce back and try again. These workouts will improve your full body strength while promoting a lean, stable, balanced and functional body.
