This 3 day-a-week program emphasizes strength development and improving your body’s maximal output capabilities. You will be asked to push yourself on weights, progressions and intensity levels. This workout is designed for the driven. You don’t have to be a freak athlete or fitness junkie. We will not condone the use of light weights for fear of getting bulky, or doing high reps so that you can tone for your Miami trip: 1) because both of those things are myths and 2) because none of our trainers come to your job and tell you how to do what you do :). When you step into Strength, get your mind right. You will be asked to do things to do things you haven’t done. You will be expected to push yourself until failure…only to bounce back and try again.
